Alley Cats Entertainment Now Offers Embed’s Mobile Wallet at All Locations

Dallas-Fort Worth, TX October 3, 2024 – Alley Cats Entertainment is excited to announce that all three of its family entertainment centers now offer Embed’s Mobile Wallet feature, the only Apple and Google-certified FEC solution, making the gaming experience smoother and more convenient than ever. The new technology allows customers to have immediate digital access to their game card directly from their smartphone, providing instant visibility of their game balance and ticket count.

By leveraging Embed’s cutting-edge Mobile Wallet technology, guests can now enjoy the following benefits:

  • Convenience: Easily add the virtual game card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, eliminating the need to carry a physical card, which can be lost or stolen.

Consolidated metrics from the three Alley Cats venues already show significant Mobile Wallet impact on customer engagement and spending behavior after only one HypeTrain Day event at each location: the FEC achieved a total of 69 total registrations, with the average Mobile Wallet reload value at $20 versus only $8.20 through traditional on-premises channels such as kiosks and POS stations.In addition to the HypeTrain event, Embed provided free marketing campaign assets and resources to support Alley Cats' Mobile Wallet launch for a seamless and professional integration across all locations.
